PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel with pattern without any need for mounting a metal frame, and a method for manufacturing the wall panel with pattern where the number of processes for lamination, curing, or the like is reduced. SOLUTION: Non-cured transparent or translucent surface resin 3 is placed on the surface of a mold 1. In a transfer film where a pattern is painted by ink 5 and 6 at one side of a base film 4, the surface where the pattern is painted is set to the surface side of the mold, and the surface resin 3 is uniformly extended while being pressed and at the same time is overlapped onto the surface resin. The extended surface resin 3 is subjected to half curing, the base film 4 is allowed to peel off, patterns 5 and 6 are transferred onto the surface resin 3, and a colored translucent resin layer 8 is formed on the surface resin 3 where the patterns 5 and 6 are transferred. In this case, an enforcement plate 9 with a flange is overlapped onto the colored translucent resin layer 8 for curing and stripping, thus obtaining a wall panel with a pattern.
