摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the variation of tensile force generated in changing a speed of equipment without utilizing the FF control by driving some deflector rollers of a looper, and compensating the inertia moment of rollers of a non- driven part between the driven rollers and a processing material, by the driven roller part. SOLUTION: The deflector rollers of a looper are driven on every several rollers, and the inertia moment of the non-driven rollers around the driven rollers and the inertia moment of a processing material are compensated by a motor of the driven rollers. To cancel the variation of tensile force generated thereby, a second acceleration and deceleration current value for compensating the inertia moment of non-driven rollers and the inertia moment of the processing material is added to a first acceleration and deceleration current value for compensating the inertia moment of the driven rollers and the motor, to be used as a current command value of the motor for the driven rollers after the passage of the processing material. Whereby the reduction of the processing material and the slipping of the rollers can be prevented, and this method can be particularly applied to a continuous annealing line and the like.
