PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate easy maintenance of a lighting equipment by accurately comprehending the decline in function of the lighting equipment for a chucking head of a component installation equipment. SOLUTION: At intervals of a time set in a timer 16, a chucking nozzle 87 chucks an illuminance reference board 15, having a lightness pattern drawn on its bottom face and an image processing section 11 compares the image pickedup lightness patterns by means of a image pickup camera 10 to detect the degree of the decline in function of lighting equipment 84. The detection result is indicated on a display 17. By automatically indicating the detection result of the stain of a lamp of the lighting equipment 84 or the decline in function of the lighting equipment, an operator can do maintenance work on the lighting equipment 84 easily and efficiently, and the installation efficiency of components can be increased. |
