PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally sprayed good advantageous for increasing the adhesive strength between a base material and sprayed coating and to provide a thermal spraying method suitable for producing the thermally sprayed good. SOLUTION: This thermally sprayed good is composed of a base material and sprayed coating laminated on the base material, on the boundary between the base material and the sprayed coating, a boundary layer formed based on the base material components and sprayed coating components is formed, and its thickness is 2 to 1,000 nm. At the time of executing treatment of thermally spraying a ferrous thermal spraying material and laminating the ferrous sprayed coating on the appeared face of the base material, the average thermal spraying grain temp. of the ferrous thermal spraying material is set to >=2200K. |
