PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of input current surge and the large transition of current and voltage. SOLUTION: Current is controlled by a relay 48, a switching assembly 67 is connected to a power distributing device 40 to control the relay 48, and a controller 60 is connected to detect turning-on/off of a switching assembly. When the switching assembly 67 is turned on, the controller 60 closes the relay 48 so that current may be supplied to an output terminal 51. On the other hand, when it is turned off, the controller 60 opens the relay 48 to prevent the current from being supplied to the output terminal 51. The power distributing device 40 is provided with a plurality of relays 48, and the controller 60 turns on/off the relays 48 according to a prescribed timing sequence. Turning on the relay 48 prevents the current surge in the power distributing device 40 from occurring, and turning it off prevents voltage transition from occurring in an input power source. |
