PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a gravure plate having cushion properties suitable for printing on the rough surface of corrugated cardboard or the like, for the printing of an image on a compact disk or the like or for the color printing of a matrix image for constituting a color filter on a glass for a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: A photosensitive printing plate material layer 3 is formed on a cushion layer 2 comprising rubber or a resin having cushion properties, a mask 4 having a gravure image is laminated or superposed on the surface of the photosensitive printing plate material layer 3 and the layer 3 is irradiated with UV ray through the mask 4. The mask 4 is then removed, gravure cells 5 are formed in the photosensitive printing plate material layer 3 by development, and a DLC film 6 is formed. |
