PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive-coated film in which the adhesion between a substrate film and an adhesive is excellent and which has good handleability and punchabilty by forming an adhesive layer on at least one side of an aromatic polyimide film of which the tensile modulus is specified corresponding to the thickness; the elongation is specified; and the tear propagation resistance is sepcified corresponding to the thickness. SOLUTION: This adhesive-coated film is prepared by forming an adhesive layer on at least one side of an aromatic polyimide film of which the tensile moduli corresponding to thicknesses of 5-50μm, 50-100μm, and 100-150μm are 750-1,300 kg/cm2, 650-1,100 kg/cm2, and 550-1,100 kg/cm2, respectively; the elongation is 45-90%; and the tear propagation resistances corresponding to thicknesses of 5-50μm and 50-150μm are 350-1,500 g/mm and 550-1,500 g/mm, respectively, The adhesive layer contains 100 pts.wt, soluble polyimide formed from an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid component, a diaminopolysiloxane represented by the formula, and an aromatic diamine, 0-25 pts.wt, epoxy compound, and 0-250 pts.wt. epoxy curing agent, In the formula, R is a divalent hydrocarbon group; and R1 to R4 are each lower alkyl or the like. |
