PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a power transmission device of a simple structure capable of cooling the motor and a speed reducer or another power transmission device simultaneously and effectively. SOLUTION: This motor with a power transmission device 1 comprises a motor 2 and a power transmission device 3 integrated, by fitting the rotational shaft 2a of the motor 2 into the hollow input shaft 3a of the power transmission device 3, and by counterlocking the casing 2b of the former and the casing 3b of the latter with a socket. This motor with a power transmission device 1 is also provided with a centrifugal cooling fan 5 provided on the rotational shaft 2a of the motor 2 or the hollow input shaft 3a of the power transmission device 3, a wind tunnel casing 6 provided in such a way as to cover the cooling fan 5 with inside diameter larger than the inside diameter of the fan 5 and to form each wind tunnel space 7, 8 through which air can pass between the casing 6 and the outside circumference of each casing 2b, 3b of the motor 2 and power transmission device 3, and a partition plate 9 which shuts a direct flow channel in the axial direction communicating with each wind tunnel space 7, 8 and which is extended to the inside in the radial direction along the space between the fan 5 and motor 2, thereby forming a winding flow channel running from the wind tunnel space 7 at the motor 2 side up to the space 8 at the power transmission device 3 side via the fan 5.
