PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a longitudinal spring constant at low and to increase a lateral spring constant by specifying a profile of a tire. SOLUTION: In a standard inner pressure condition in which a tire is mounted on a standard rim and standard inner pressure is filled, when regarding an outer surface width which is equal to the length between intersection points Px and Px where a tire axial line (x) passing through the height Y of a bead base BL intersects a tire outer surface S as L (Y), in the outer surface width (Y), an outer surface width L (Yj) between intersection points Pxj and Pxj where a tire axial line xj passing through the height Yj of the most outer end J of a belt layer 7 intersects the tire outer surface S is allowed to be the maximum.
