PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ant-proofing structure in a building physically and effectively preventable invasion of a termite into a shaft structure of a floor structure by passing through inside of a heat insulating material used for a fundamental heat insulation, a heat insulation of an earth floor, etc. SOLUTION: This ant-proofing structure in a building A physically prevents invasion of a termite 5 into a shaft structure B and a floor structure C by passing through inside of a heat insulating material of an outer side face 2a or an inner side face 2b of a standing part of a cloth foundation 1 executed on an outer peripheral part of the building A and the heat insulating material is an inorganic heat insulating material 3 having many closed cells. An upper face 3c of the inorganic heat insulating material 3 is in a position higher than the ground face 7a.
