PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a change of indicator with the newest type in a landing indicator provided with a cover fitted to a case thereof and provided with a printed board and a display unit in a back surface side of the cover by forming the cover into a shape having a U-shaped cross section projected to the surface side, and housing the printed board in the back surface side thereof. SOLUTION: At the time of changing a landing indicator with the newest type, after removing a cover having a cancellation display unit and a lamp in the condition that a case 2 of the existing indicator is left in the wall, a new cover 1 is arranged in front of the existing case 2. This new cover 1 is fixed by threading screws 6 to a cover fitting part provided in an upper and a lower parts of the existing case 2. The new cover 1 is formed with a U-shaped cross section projected to the surface side thereof, and a display unit 4 assembled in the printed board 3 is arranged at a central part of the cover 1, and the printed board 3 and the display unit 4 are fitted to the back side of the new cover 1 by stud bolts provided inside the new cover 1 through distant pieces 5.
