PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically wind a belt-like hose up while automatically draining the water left in the hose by providing a restricting part for draining the water left in the belt-like hose in winding operation on to a machine casing near a reel part for winding or drawing out the belt-like hose. SOLUTION: A belt-like hose winding device 20 to be loaded in a rear part of a tractor 32 is provided with a reel part 22 provided in a machine casing 20 freely to be rotated and restricting part 24 for draining the water left in the belt-like hose 12 at the time of winding operation. The reel part 22 is provided with a cantilever type single-sides board 28 supported by the machine casing 20 and a winding shaft 30 projected from a central part of the single- sided board 28, and the winding shaft 30 is rotated by the rotary driving force transmitted to a connection part 52 of the reel part 22 so as to wind the belt- like hose 12 up. On the other hand, the restricting part 24 is formed of a pair of or plural pairs of pinching rollers 26a, 26b provided opposite to each other and close to each other freely to be idly rotated so as to automatically drain the water left in the belt-like hose 12 at the time of winding the hose 12 up.
