PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deep drawing film having a metallic style by shotblasting a metal layer formed on a thermoplastic resin sheet material, and further forming a colored layer and a protective layer thereon. SOLUTION: A surface of a metal layer 11 formed on a surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet material 10 is shotblasted by glass beads, and further a colored layer 13 and a protective layer 14 are formed thereon. It is preferable to use an aluminum foil or an aluminum vapor deposited film on the layer 11, and to mix beads 15 with the protective layer. With this constitution, since the material is a thermoplastic resin, it can be deep drawn by heating. A light is subjected to an irregular reflection to become a metallic style by shotblasting the laminated metal layer and mixing the beads with the protective layer.
