PURPOSE: A head assembly is provided to achieve improved accuracy, simplified structure and reduced weight, while reducing error and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A head assembly comprises measuring units(20) including a spring inserted between a knob(21) and an electronic coil, a cable connected to the electronic coil, and covers assembled to the front and rear of the measuring unit, wherein the knob has a phase shift from the electronic coil when the knob moves in a vertical direction; a casing(10) including a protrusion(13) for fixing the measuring units, a rail(16) for mounting a nut(40) of a pressure adjusting unit for adjusting the pressure of a lever(30), wherein the rail has a groove(17) for insertion of the nut, and a protruded board(11) having a protrusion(12) for assembly of a plate spring(90); a pair of levers(30) having a hole(31) for penetration of the rail and a bolt(45) of the pressure adjusting unit, and which interferes with the knob of the measuring unit; the pressure adjusting unit having a spring(42) assembled between the nut and a ring(43) partially inserted into a hole(31) of the lever, and which adjusts the pressure of the lever by rotating the bolt and moving the nut; and the plate spring for assembling a connecting rod(32) for connecting the lever and an arm(33).
