CURSOR CONTROLLER AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect fluctuations a cursor position and perform correction of the cursor position for a shaking hand. SOLUTION: In the cast that a so-called cursor indicated by a mouse is fluctuated by a shaking hand, the fluctuation is detected (step 12) suppressed (step 13). Cursor display is performed at the averaged position for fluctuation. By detecting the fluctuation of the cursor by detecting whether or not it moves within a prescribed time and a prescribed range, accurate fluctuation is detected.
