摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable thin films of J-associated products by doping a silica matrix with cyanine dyes. SOLUTION: A mixture sol soln. consisting of cyanine dyes, alkylsilicate and solvent is prepared and gelled, by vaporizing the solvent by a spin casting method to form stable thin films of J-associated product in silica glass. The substrate used for spin casting is a quartz, glass, transparent metal oxide, silicon or the like, and the J-associated product can be used as it is as a device. For the transparent metal oxide, for example, tin oxide and indium oxide can be used. Although the substrate may be thick, it is preferably a thin film. When a silica film is formed from the mixture sol soln., the cyanine dyes aggregate to produce a J-associated product by vaporizing EtOH at high-speed rotation, and also condensation polymn. of TEOS is performed at a time to form the silica matrix. Thus, finally, stable thin films of J-associated product are formed.</p>
