PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject aqueous dispersion composition capable of providing a compounding composition solution improved in rubbing stability and shear stability by including polytetrafluoroethylene fine particles in a specific ratio and a nonionic surfactant in a specific ratio as essential components. SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion composition consists essentially of (A) 30-65 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene fine particles obtained by emulsion polymerization, (B) 2-12 wt.% (based on the component A) at least one kind of compound selected from nonionic surfactants having average molecular structures of formulas I and II (R is an 8-18C alkyl; A is a polyoxyalkylene chain having 5-20 oxyethylene cardinal number and oxypropylene group number; R' is a 4-12C alkyl; A' is a polyoxyethylene chain having 5-20 oxyethylene group number) and (C) 0.01-1 wt.% (based on the component A) polyethylene oxide having 100,000 to 2,000,000 average molecular weight. The compounding composition comprises >=50 wt.% of the above composition.
