PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather-like sheet having soft feeling, excellent abrasion resistance and drapeability and crease appearance of folded surface having feeling integrated with a substrate by successively laminating a nonporous polyurethane resin layer and a layer having a prescribed porous structure on the surface of a specific substrate. SOLUTION: The objective leather-like sheet is produced by successively laminating a layer B of a nonporous polyurethane resin and a layer C having a porous structure and containing a polyurethane resin having a weight loss of >=95% with dimethylformamide solvent in the form of a film and a polyurethane resin having a weight loss of <=5% at a weight ratio of 10/90 to 90/10 on the surface of a substrate A composed of an entangled nonwoven fabric composed of ultrafine fiber of polyethylene terephthalate, or the like, having a fineness of <=0.5 de and a polymeric elastomer. The thickness of the polyurethane resin layers B and C are preferably 5-45μm each.
