PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired reproduction wavelength by controlling the shift quantity of the reproduction wavelength from a photographic wavelength. SOLUTION: The volume hologram laminate 1 is constituted by successively laminating a first tacky adhesive layer 3, a volume hologram layer 5, a second tacky adhesive layer 4 and a surface protective film 6 on a base material 2 and incorporating a recording wavelength shift material having the refractive index smaller than the refractive index of the volume hologram recording medium obtained by forming the volume hologram layer into the first tacky adhesive layer and/or the second tacky adhesive or incorporating the recording wavelength shift material having large refractive index and shifts the reproduction wavelength of the hologram recording recorded on the volume hologram layer respectively to a short wavelength side or a long wavelength side. The label for manufacturing the volume hologram laminate is used for manufacturing the volume hologram laminate.
