PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To econoimically obtain the subject curable material improved in pot life and cross-linking rate according to a simple method by using a readily available starting raw material by including a specific compound, a specified organopolysiloxane and a specific platinum catalyst. SOLUTION: This organopolysiloxane material comprises (A) a compound having a group having an aliphatic carbon-carbon-multiple bond, (B) an organopolysiloxane having hydrogen atom bonded to Si or (C) an organopolysiloxane having the aliphatic carbon-carbon-multiple bond and the hydrogen bonded to Si and a group bonded to SiC in place of the components A and B and (D) a platinum catalyst selected from the group consisting of formulae I to IV [R2 is a diene or the like of a (substituted)6-18C ring; R3 is H, a halogen or the like; R4 is a (substituted)1-24C bivalent hydrocarbon; R5 is a (substituted)bivalent 1-12C hydrocarbon or the like; R6 is a 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon; e is >=1; f is 0 or 1].
