PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing processes and to make welding work easy by forming a sheet base stock of a prescribed size by welding plural aluminum sheets to which a hot blow molding is applicable and executing the hot blow molding so that the sheet base stock is broken. SOLUTION: Using plural flattened aluminum materials (hereinafter refferred to as a aluminum sheet), a ship is manufactured by the hot blow molding. By the FEM analysis of the strain distribution of the sheet base stock 2 and welding the aluminum sheets 2a, 2b arranged so as to located the welding line Y in the region where relative strain is <=0.4 by TIG welding with filler along the weld line Y, one sheet base stock 2 is formed. The sheet base stock 2 set in the metallic mold of a hot blow molding device is held at a specified temperature in an oven and blow molding is executed by elevating gas pressure applied to the upper surface of the sheet base stock 2 with a pressure device at a specified rate. Because a weld part Y whose ductility is low is located in the region where the thickness of the aluminum product is >=60% of the thickness of the aluminum sheet, the weld part Y is not broken at the time of the hot blow forming.
