PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a folded state by providing a predetermined surface at a separate area through hinge folding lines, protruding to extend pieces from the lines to the area, and separating the pieces by S-shaped cut so that corner edges of the pieces are collided with each other. SOLUTION: Surfaces 3, 4 are extended through hinge folding lines 2 for sandwiching a separate area 1. A piece 6 is protruded from a lower side of the surface 3 to the area 1, and a piece 7 is protruded from an upper surface of the surface 4. Both the pieces 6, 7 are not formed at the bases with folding lines, their shapes are formed in U-shaped state narrowed in its opening, and divided by S-shaped cutouts 5. Here, a corner of both the corners of the piece 7, brought into contact with the area 1 is a right angle and the other brought into contact with the cutout 5 is a rounded acute angle, and both the corners of the pieces 6 are rounded acute angle. When both the folding lines 2 are simultaneously folded in a convex manner, edges of the pieces 6, 7 are collided with each other. Thus, a folded state can be fixed.
