PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage variable resistor unit with high breakdown voltage performance. SOLUTION: This variable resistor unit has a conductive molding 9 arranged as a conductive means for connection so that it extend from one end part area 7A close to an electronic component storage chamber 5 to the other end area 7B close to a substrate storage chamber 3. One lead wire L12 of a capacitor C1 is connected to the conductive molding 9 in the end part area 7A and the conductive molding 9 is formed by using a metal material which has a higher rigidity than the lead wire and is hard to deform. The conductive molding 9 has substantially no variation in the shape as compared with the lead wire L12, so the distance between the conductive molding 9 and another adjacent high-voltage part will not become extremely short.
