<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a product yield while workability is improved by a method wherein a plurality of temporarily assembled panels are carried into a molder in an order for charging to a manufacturing line, and simultaneously carried out. SOLUTION: A main part comprises a conveying means 80 for conveying a temporarily assembled panel of a pair of face sheets assembled at an appropriate interval on a flat board together with the flat board, a molder 40 holding the flat board and the temporarily assembled panel in a multi-stage form and casting a core material between the face sheets, a lift means 50 for lifting the flat board and the temporarily assembled panel or a laminated panel held in multi-stages, a carrying in and out means 60 provided on the lift means 50 for carrying the flat board and the temporarily panel into each stage of the molder 40 and carrying out the flat board and the laminated panel, and a separation means 70 for separating the flat board and the laminated panel carried out from the molder 40. Thereby, a plurality of the temporarily assembled panels can be carried in the molder 40 in the order of charging into the manufacturing line and simultaneously carried out. Further, the formed laminated panel can be separated from the flat board.</p> |
