PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which can give a molding improved in mechanical properties, impact resistance, flame retardancy, and light resistance by incorporating a styrene resin containing a rubbery polymer with a phosphorus compound, a silicone rubber and/or a silicone resin, a colorant, and an ultraviolet absorber. SOLUTION: This composition comprises compounding 100 pts.wt. styrene resin containing 10-20 wt.% rubbery polymer having a weight-mean particle diameter of 0.15-0.6μm with 1-30 pts.wt., particularly, 2-35 pts.wt. phosphorus compound of formula I, 0.1-1 pt.wt. silicone rubber and/or silicone resin having a weight loss at 800 deg.C equal to or smaller than that at room temperature in a heating test in which the sample is heated at a rate of temperature rise of 40 deg.C/min over a temperature region of 30-900 deg.C, 0.1-5 pts.wt. colorant, and 0.01-0.5 pt.wt. ultraviolet absorber. In the formula, X is a group of any one of formulae II to IV; R1 to R8 are each H or a 1-5C alkyl, Ar1 to Ar4 are each phenyl or phenyl substituted with a halogen-free organic residue; Y is a direct bond, O, S, or the like; n is an integer of 0 or greater; and k and m are each 0-2 provided that k+m=0 to 2. |
