PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin compsn. which not only has a greatly improved impact strength and an excellent surface appearance but also allows selection of a desired type or degree of gloss. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises 10-90 pts.wt. of a mixture of a rubber- contg. graft polymer (A) formed by graft polymerization of one or more vinyl monomer with a rubber-like polymer having a wt. average particle size of 0.6-2.0μm and a cumulative wt. fraction of 10 wt.% or less for particles with a particle size less than 0.5μm, and a rubber-contg. graft polymer (B) formed by graft polymerization of one or more vinyl monomer with a rubber-like polymer having a wt. average particle size 0.05-0.5μm, and comprises 90-10 pts.wt. of a rigid polymer comprising one or both of an arom. vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer, and optionally, another copolymerizable monomer.
