PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette dispenser having a structure for capable of taking out the cigarette one by one from a cigarette refilling container. SOLUTION: This cigarette dispenser consists of a cigarette housing box body 20 installed with an opening part 22, a movable conveying part consisting of a thin and long plate for conveying the cigarette one by one to its outside from the opening part, a bottom part for loading one piece of the cigarette and a rotary part, a sliding piece 41 consisting of an uneven part, a lid part for sealing the opening part 22, a projected piece and a latching part on the upper surface for opening the closed opening part 22 and moving the movable conveying part in an upper direction, and an elastic body equipped between the sliding piece 44 and the box body 20. It is possible to have a constitution of making its upper part with a transparent material for capable of looking through so as to be able to recognize the housed cigarette.
