PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to miniaturize a motor actuator with high space efficiency, to fix a motor with a simple structure without play, and to cut the component and assembling costs. SOLUTION: This motor actuator is provided with a motor 3, a speed- reducing mechanism 5 which reduces the revolutions of the motor 3 and transmits the torque to an output shaft 6, a control circuit 8 which controls the run and stop of the motor 3 in compliance with the rotational position of the output shaft, and a connector 10 which connects the control circuit 8 to an external circuit. In this invention, the motor 3 is arranged between the control circuit 8 and the connector 10.
