PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the image processor which is richer in reality and presence than before and suitable for a gun shooting game, etc., by reading data of spherical polygons and plane polygons out and generating an image of an object by combining the spherical polygons and plane polygons. SOLUTION: In consideration of the shot position, collision angle, speed, etc., of a bullet, traces P1 and P2 of a pillar of fire, smoke, flame, etc., are set. In the directions of the traces P1 and P2, spherical polygons and plane polygons are arranged overlapping with one another. For example, a spherical polygon R1, a plane polygon S1, a spherical polygon R2, and a plane polygon S2 are arranged at time T1 so that their borders overlap with one another. At time T2, a spherical polygon R3 is arranged covering the border of the plane polygon S2. Thus, the borders of the plane polygons S1 to S3 are covered with the spherical polygons R1 to R3 to eliminate the unnaturalness that linear borders are conspicuous. |
