PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooling device by which a heat generating component can be cooled surely, even when an opening part is opened by a method, wherein when a cover is opened, the cover is dropped into the inside of an electronic apparatus body, in a state where a prescribed gap is kept between the cover and the bottom face is held, and the leakage of the open air which is sucked by a fan from the opening part is suppressed. SOLUTION: In order to replace a daughter card 8, a cover 5 is opened at 90 deg. while a support rod 10 is used as a fulcrum. At this time, a part of the air which is sucked by a fan 3, and a fan 4 flows out to the outside from an opening part 13. Then, when the cover 5 is slid to the bottom face of an apparatus 1, the opening 13 is closed by the cover 5. In addition, when the support rod 10 is coupled to the end of a long hole 12, the sliding amount of the cover 5 is regulated. In this state, a gap 1a is formed between the tip of the cover 5 and the bottom face of the apparatus 1. The air which is sucked by the fans 3, 4 flows into a row of respective daughter cards 8 through the gap 1a.
