PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly fasten folded plates, also surely prevent them from loosening and improve the appearance and safety. SOLUTION: The shaft section 11a of a blind bolt 11 is inserted into a pair of folded plates 20 with a leg opening collar 13 and a resin insert 14 fitted in this order, and a fastening nut 12 is fastened with a water proof packing 15 and throttle washer 16 are fitted in this order. At the opposite side tip section of a head section 11b, the shaft section 11a of the blind bolt 11 is provided with a square pole-shaped chucking section 11c provided with screw groove sections 11d, and a pair of screw grooves 11e and 11g are provided continuously with the screw grooves 11d through a groove section 11f for cutting in the same direction as the screw grooves 11d, in addition, a reverse thread groove 11h is provided in the opposite direction.
