PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the tendency of a part being deteriorated from resonance at its natural frequency by isolating a variable form ring from engine vibrations and introducing a braking means that absorbs impact arising from a relative movement induced through engine vibrations and that prevents the relative movement from being transmitted via the variable form part. SOLUTION: A part is isolated from engine vibrations and combustor rumble and braked so that a relative movement at the interface of the part can be suppressed. Suppression of such a relative movement can be accomplished by applying a force in the radial direction as shown by an arrow R to variable form rings 4, 5, and 6. Such a force can be obtained by disposing, for example, a spring between each pair of the rings 4, 5, and 6 and corresponding isolation pads 23, 24, and 25. These springs can vary natural frequencies of rings 4, 5, and 6 and, at the same time, generate frictional braking at positions of the isolation pads 23, 24, and 25 and a casing 37, or an independently acting radial braking.
