PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient adhesive strength as a solventless adhesive and prevent the generation of warping by bonding members constituting a door panel, to each other using a modified silicone adhesive. SOLUTION: A door panel is bonded using a modified silicone adhesive 3 with rubber elasticity. Structure is therefore reinforced to prevent the generation of stress caused by linear expansion coefficient difference and to prevent the generation of warping. Excellent durability such as heat resistance and water resistance is further obtained. In this case, rupture strength after hardening of the modified silicone adhesive is set to 15 kg/cm2 or more and rupture time elongation to 50% or more in a tension test based JIS-K-6301, and door panel members bonded by the modified silicone adhesive 3 are to be a structural member such as wood or MDF2 and heat insulating material such as polystyrene 1. When manufacturing the door panel, bonding work is therefore performed efficiently using the modified silicone adhesive 3 hardened in a short time to obtain strong bonded structure.
