PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of improving the wear life of a cutting blade and flatly cutting a cut object face. SOLUTION: A plurality of cutting blade bodies are projected obliquely in the rotary direction from a vertical axis for a rotary face 35 from a plurality of the concentric circles of the rotary face 35 rotated in opposition to a cutting object face by a rotating and driving disk 34 respectively. Each cutting blade body 36 has respectively different angles in the tangential direction of each circle. The edges 44 of these cutting blade bodies 36 are positioned on a plane in parallel with the rotary face 35.
