PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hollow from being formed in a plug and to enhance the reliability of a package by a method, wherein a pressure inside a printing chamber is regulated, a printing operation is performed under a first pressure, the hollow which is captured inside the plug is removed under a second pressure, and excess paste is removed under a third pressure. SOLUTION: This plug manufacturing apparatus 10 is provided with a closed printing chamber 32, The closed printing chamber 32 is a region, in which an operation to form a plug on a printed circuit board, is performed. The closed printing chamber 32 is connected to a pressure control device 34, which is used to control the pressure of the closed printing chamber 32. A board 36 which comprises a heating device 38 is installed at the bottom of the closed printing chamber 32. The board 36 is used as the mounting surface of the printed circuit board. The heating device 38 is used to heat a paste on the circuit board attached to the board 36 during a printing process. Consequently, since the plug is manufactured in vacuum it is possible to prevent a hollow from being formed in the plug. |
