SOLUTION: A gastric acid secretion inhibitor is administered to an animal except humans and Helicobactor pyroli is then orally inoculated into the animal to thereby the Helicobacter pyroli are made ecensic in the stomach of the animal. At this time, the gastric acid secretion inhibitor is preferably an H2- blocker which is more preferably famotidine. The gastric acid secretion inhibitor is preferably administered 5 min to 24 h prior to the oral inoculation of the Helicobacter pyroli.
