PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a homogeneous solution of an organopolysiloxane raw rubber continuously and with good productivity. SOLUTION: A process for producing continuously an organopolysiloxane raw rubber solution by kneading an organopolysiloxane raw rubber and a solvent, wherein a biaxial kneading extruder A having a self-cleaning function is used in the kneading, and the kneader extruder has at least two openings 8 and 9 for solvent feed in the downstream of an organopolysiloxane raw rubber feed opening 7, the inner pressure of the kneader extruder being 0.00981-0.981 MPa.
