PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic ester having high purity in high yield using an easily obtainable catalyst. SOLUTION: This ester is obtained by transesterification of methyl(meth) acrylate with a fluorine containing alcohol represented by the formula: Y(CHX)a(CH2)bOH [X and Y are each H or fluorine; (a) is an integer of 1-15; (b) is 1 or 2 and three or more fluorines are included in the molecule] in the presence of tetramethyltitanate and an N-oxyl compound of the formula R1 to R4 are each an alkyl group; R5 is H, OH, OR, OCOR, NHCOR or O-[(EO)n+(PO)m]-H; R6 is H, or R5 and R6 are joined together to form O; R is an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or aryl group; EO is ethyleneoxy group; PO is propyleneoxcy group}. |
