PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embody an optical disk which prevents the flow of an adhesive into clamping parts and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: This optical disk consists of an optical disk substrate 1 which is formed by bonding two substrates to each other, the clamping parts 2 which consist of transparent portions to clamp the central portions of the optical disk substrate 1, the adhesive which bonds and adheres the one substrate 1a and other substrate 1b of the optical disk substrate 1 and adhesive inflow prohibitive means 4 which are arranged between the clamping parts 2 on the boding surface 1a1 of the one substrate 1a out of the optical disk substrate 1 and the adhesive 3. |
