PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a copy processing time by reading image data out of memory boards by pages in the printing order expanding compressed image data to be printed next on another memory board during a print process for image data of one page read from the other memory board. SOLUTION: Read image data are sent by pages to memory board 20 and 30 alternately. The first memory board 20 is provided with image data of the reverse sides of an original A, an original C, and the top side of an original B. The second memory board 30 is provided with image data of the reverse side of the original B, the top sides of the original A, and the original C. A compressed image data storing memory 23 of the first memory board 20 stores compressed image data of the reverse sides of the original A, the original C, and the top side of the original B. A compressed image data storing memory 33 of the second memory board 30 stores the compressed image data of the reverse side of the original B, etc. |
