PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of efficiently storing subscribers in each base station in spread spectrum communication system using single cattier frequency or plural carrier frequency bands. SOLUTION: A signal received by an antenna 7 is inputted to a receiving circuit 1. The circuit 1 can check the existence of a perch channel of specific frequency by converting a signal of frequency corresponding to frequency specification data outputted from a control circuit 5 out of the signal received by the antenna 7, based on the frequency specification data. A rectifier circuit 2 rectifies the received signal and outputs the integration value of the rectified signal value. The integration value is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 3 and the digital signal is compared with a threshold by a comparator circuit 4. In the case of judging that the digital signal value is larger than the threshold, a write signal is outputted to a storage circuit 6 and the frequency specification data outputted from the circuit 5 are stored in the circuit 6.
