PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the tensile strength of a PVC-based tape becoming >=17 N/mm2 by reducing the chlorine content of the PVC-based tape as <=20 wt.% and changing the blending ratio of the PVC-based tape, since there are a report of the generation of dioxin on combusting the PVC-based tape and also a problem of reducing the weight of the PVC-based tape for bundling the wires in an automobile. SOLUTION: This PVC (a polyvinyl chloride)-based tape prepared by forming a film base material containing PVC as a main component as a tape shape, is characterized by having the blending ratio of the film base material as 100 pts.wt. PVC resin, 30-70 pt.wt. plasticizer, 2-30 pt.wt. NBR (a nitrile rubber), 5-40 pt.wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 1-20 pt.wt. PMA (an acrylic processing assistant) and 70-200 pt.wt. flame retardant filler. |
