PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an appearance and a quality by a method wherein a skin material and a pad material are easily disjointed by a releasable film, a piercing hole part is formed in a front and rear direction on a central part side of a headrest, or in the case where a recessed part is formed, a looseness and folds are prevented from being generated to the skin material of a hole part or the recessed part. SOLUTION: A skin material 15 wherein a releasable film 19 is laminated on a rear face side is arranged to a foam molding tool, and a pad material 25 is integrally foam molded by casting foam stock solution from a bung hole 15c formed to the skin material 15. The skin material 15 and the pad material are constituted so as to be capable of being easily disjointed by the releasable film 19. An adherent film 21 is laminated in place of the releasable film 19 on a part corresponding to a hole part 13 or a recessed part on the rear face side of the skin material 15 of a headrest 11. |
