PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aperture grill manufactured by plating, and not breaking even after a blackening treatment, after being mounted on a television frame by adding a tension. SOLUTION: This aperture grill, comprising three or more layered structure composed by laminating an iron or iron alloy film and a nickel-cobalt alloy film alternatery and by placing the iron or iron alloy film on both end outer layers, has such a characteristic that a single film thickness of the nickel-cobalt alloy film is not less than 0.1μm and not more than 40μm. Preferably, a single film thickness of the iron or iron alloy film is not less than 0.5μm, and the whole film thickness is not more than 41μm, and a cobalt concentration in the nickel-cobalt alloy film is not less than 0.4 wt.% and not more than 99 wt.%.
