PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be suitable for a system especially requesting safety, to accelerate processing and to prevent the scale of an application from being limited. SOLUTION: Inside a CPU 1, an information processing system for processing by a positive system program and an information processing system for processing by a negative system program for obtaining the result of complementary relation to the positive system program are provided. In this case, the program of a positive system and the program of a negative type are alternately executed it is monitored that the result is in the complementary relation by an operation monitoring circuit 8 and the processing result of the positive system is outputted only at the time of being in the complementary relation.
