PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit area and costs by configuring an alternated signal generating circuit to vary the inversion cycle of the alternated signal according to analog voltages inputted to the circuit. SOLUTION: An alternating circuit 30 is comprised of an alternated signal generating circuit 31, and resisters R1, R2 connected in series across operating voltages VA of the alternated signal generating circuit 31. The connection point of the resisters R1, R2 is connected with the terminal P of the alternated signal generating circuit 31. An analog voltage is a voltage obtained by dividing the operating voltage VA by the resisters R1 and R2. The alternated signal generating circuit 31 inverts an alternated signal M outputted from a terminal TM when clocks CL1 are counted from a terminal TCL1 and the count value reaches a count value corresponding to the analog voltage inputted to a terminal P. At the same time such an operation is repeated as the counted value of the clocks CL1 is reset to restart counting the clocks CL1.
