PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cart which is capable of easily passing a barrier such as a sill, a ditch and a step by improving a manually-operated compact cart on the market which has a single wheel or two parallel wheels of about 250-400 mm in tire diameter. SOLUTION: In a manually-operated cart in which a handle bar 2 is diagonally and continuously provided backward of a platform, a single wheel or two parallel tires in the advancing direction are mounted forward of a lower part of the platform, and stand bars 7 are continuously provided on a rear side of the lower part of the platform, casters fitted close to a lower end of the stand bars 7 in an attachable/detachable manner are idling wheels.
