PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variously wash a human body properly by a human-body washing device while improving the efficiency of water saving. SOLUTION: In a movable body NH1-11 for a 'videt', magnetic-action sections NH1-18a-18c at a lower end are opposed to magnetic coils NH NH1-33a-33c in a nozzle head under an oscillating state to the nozzle head in a flange section. When the magnetic coils are excited, the movable body is inclined by attracting the magnetic-action sections to the excited magnet coils. Since each magnet coil is excited successively, the inclination of the movable body is transferred and generated along the excitation forward direction of the magnetic coils. Consequently, a 'videt' spout NH1-10 is tilted at a spout swing angleαtogether with the movable body, and rocked and rotated with the transition of the place of the inclination of the movable body as the spout is left as it is under the tilted posture. Accordingly, water discharge from the spout is formed in a water discharge form, in which type water-discharge water columns RT are formed in a conical shape. Dead-band frequency (5 Hz or more) incapable of sensing repeated stimulations each time as intermittent stimulations is used as the excitation frequency of the coils.
