<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chip type ceramic electronic component which can have electronic characteristics, such as the resistance and electrostatic capacity, delicately adjusted and also has a small variation in resistance, etc. SOLUTION: The chip type thermistor 1 has 1st and 2nd terminal electrodes 3 and 4 formed at both the ends of a thermistor raw body 2 and on the top surface 2c of the thermistor raw body 2, 1st electrodes 5 and 6 for resistance adjustment and 2nd electrodes 7 and 8 for resistance adjustment are formed so that they are electrically connected to the 1st and 2nd terminal electrodes, and the interval between the tip of at least one electrode 6 between the electrodes 5 and 6 and the 2nd electrode 8 is made larger than the interval L1 between the other electrode 5 and 2nd electrode 7, and the electrodes 6 and 8 for resistance adjustment are partially removed to adjust the resistance.</p> |
