PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve display quality by reducing a size of a chip mounted with a liquid crystal driving device and power consumption, and also impressing a proper output voltage to a signal line at the same time. SOLUTION: In this liquid crystal driving device, an output circuit of a signal driver is composed of two systems of sample-hold circuits for alternately storing and outputting picture signals at a prescribed cycle, a single amplifier circuit for amplifying the signal voltages alternately outputted from the sample-hold circuits and outputting them to a signal line, and a pre-charge circuit for initializing an input potential of the amplifier circuit synchronized with change-over timing of the signal voltage outputted from the sample-hold circuits.
